advertising in Google and Yahoo. While we were able to identify and improve on what the previous "PSM Professionals" were doing, we also pointed out a more critical issue. The existing web site was not designed properly to convert visitors into clients. They were getting plenty of web traffic, but not nearly enough of that traffic was taking the desired action of either filling out the online form, or better yet, calling in for a consultation. We developed a new web site and went live with it on July 1st, 2006, and the company saw an immediate, dramatic improvement. Nearly twice as much traffic started converting into phone calls and online leads, effectively doubling the ROI.
